.If you are visiting us for the first time today we hope that you feel welcome. We would appreciate it if you could fill out the “Welcome” card in the pew backs and drop them in the offering plate so we can get to know you.
There will be a Free Community Fellowship Meal at Staunton Mennonite Church on January 7th at 6:00pm. Invite friends, neighbors, and anyone who might appreciate an evening of fellowship and a free meal.
Congratulations to everyone that was able
to read the Bible from cover to cover in 2008! How might God be calling us
to come to know Him and make Him known better in 2009?
Prayer Concerns
- Please pray for the Community Fellowship Meal at SMC this Wednesday.
- Pray for Jared and Traci Stoltzfus, serving with Virginia Mennonite Missions in Guatemala.
- Please pray for a peaceful resolution to the conflict between Israel and Palestine.
- Pray for our friends and family members dealing with cancer and its treatments.
- Remember to thank God for the many blessings we have received.
