Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is responding to the devastating earthquake that struck Haiti late Tuesday afternoon. MCC is planning its response which will include short-term relief plus recovery efforts over the medium and long term. Donations to MCC’s response in Haiti are welcome, sent directly to MCC at 21 S. 12th St., Akron, PA 17501. Donations also may be sent to Virginia Mennonite Missions, 901 Parkwood Drive, Harrisonburg, VA 22802 and funds will be forwarded to MCC. Save the date of March 20th as Mennonite Mutual Aid will hold a Stewardship University at Springdale Mennonite. Keynote speaker Myron Augsburger will speak on biblical approaches toward financial management. There will be various workshops on holistic stewardship practices for your home, community, and church.
