.Don’t be in a hurry to leave after church today! There are snacks in
the Fellowship Room, so grab a cup of coffee and get to know one another a
little better. We will continue this fellowship time through Lent.
The Southern District will be sponsoring a time of worship, prayer, and
reflection led by the members of the three Medical Mission Teams sent by
Virginia Mennonite Missions to Haiti. This event is scheduled for March
14th at Lynside Mennonite beginning at 6:30 pm. An offering will be taken
to help cover the expenses of these recent trips.
There will be a Stewardship University held at Springdale Mennonite on
March 20th from 8:30-11:30. There will be no cost for those attending from
our church, but advanced registration is required. Childcare will be
provided. Today is the last day for early registration! See Glenn for
details.
There will be a Spaghetti Dinner and Benefit Concert for Haiti at the
Staunton Seventh-day Adventist Church on March 20th at 6:00 pm. See the
bulletin board for more details.
A bake sale will be held at the Staunton Krogers on March 27th to benefit
The Alzheimer’s Association from 8:00 am until everything is sold.
