There will be a Worship Leader Training Session tomorrow beginning at 7:00 pm at Staunton Mennonite. This session will focus on training for the Advent season, but anyone that serves as a worship leader at SMC is encouraged to come.

There will be a Spaghetti Benefit Dinner at Staunton Mennonite this Wednesday, the Nov. 17th, from 5-7 pm. All proceeds will go toward the continued relief efforts in Haiti. We are asking that people from Staunton Mennonite bring a dessert to share. Flyers are available to hand out and post around town.

Anyone interested in tutoring 7th grade Science students at Shelburne Middle School on Wednesdays from 2:30-4 should talk to Kevin.

A Christmas Gift Gala from Third Way Media will be held at Park View Mennonite Church from 4:30 - 8 p.m. Fri., Nov. 19. Browse for Christmas gifts while sampling snacks from the new book Whatever Happened to Dinner? by Melodie Davis. Other gift items include a new Mennonite Hour CD of men’s quartet music – Breathe on Me, Breath of God, and many books. Purchases benefit Third Way Media.

The annual SMC Women’s Christmas Dinner will be held at Now You’re Cooking at 6:00 on December 7th. Please RSVP with Sonya by November 30th.

Also, everyone can save the date of December 19th for the annual SMC Christmas Caroling and soup dinner.
