The Shenandoah Civic Dance Company presents The Nutcracker today at Lee
High School beginning at 2:00 pm.
There will be a Christmas Benefit Concert for SACRA Monday, December 13th,
beginning at 7:00 pm at Memorial Baptist.
There will be a Chuck Wagon Gang concert at White Hill Church of the
Brethren on December 16th at 7:00 pm. See bulletin board for details.
Cantore (men's a cappella) and Shekinah (women's a cappella) will hold a
Christmas Coffeehouse on Saturday, December 18, 7-9:30 p.m., in the Park
View Mennonite Church fellowship hall. Come enjoy good music, snacks and
fellowship.
Dec 19 is the date for our annual Christmas Caroling. We will meet at the
church at 3:45 to go to various places. Afterwards there will be a soup
and sandwich meal. Every family should bring enough sandwiches for
themselves then we will share them. Soup will be provided. Following the
meal there will be a Christmas program by the children.
The historic Stonewall Brigade Band will present a Christmas Concert at
7:30 pm on Monday, December 20, in the sanctuary of St. Paul's United
Methodist Church, 2000 Shutterlee Mill Road, Staunton, featuring guest
vocalist Ernest Holley. An offering will be received to benefit the Blue
Ridge Area Food Bank.
There is one poinsettia at the front of the sanctuary for each family in
the congregation. Please feel free to take your poinsettia on the last
Sunday before Christmas that you will be here.

Isaiah 35:10b, “They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting
joy will crown their heads.
Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee
