Announcements
All women are invited to save the date of April 13th, from 9-11 AM, for a
Ladies’ Tea Party at the Buckhorn Inn. Information is in your mailbox.
Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is considering opening a thrift shop in
Augusta County. The proceeds from MCC thrift shops support MCC's relief,
development and peace-building work around the globe. For more information
or if you are interested in joining a group to explore this idea further,
contact Carleen Layman at 943-2919 or carev1@gmail.com.
We are collecting Relief Kits and Hygiene Kits for Syrian refugees to be
distributed by Mennonite Central Committee. There are checklists available
at the front door on the bulletin board for anyone that wishes to donate
these items or go to mcc.org for more information. You may also choose
to donate $44 to cover the cost of one Relief Kit. See Kathy or Marlene
for details.
Please
