Lesson Title
“Worthy is the Lamb” led by
Marvin Showalter
10:30 WORSHIP Service
Opening Prayer
Refreshing God, as the deer pants for life-sustaining waters, so
our souls long to drink deeply from the source that truly satisfies.
We come parched, thirsty. We need you, God—without
you, we will quickly die. Teach us to trust you to give each of us
what we need. Quench our thirst. Quiet our complaining. Fill
our souls to overflowing with the living water that never runs
dry. We pray this in the name of the One capable of satisfying
our every need. Amen.
