my church
Praising/Adoring
Leader:
Sing of the ways of the Lord, O you people.
People: From temple courtyards and rulers’ palaces
to the humblest home,
Leader: give thanks for God’s steadfast love and faithfulness.
People: Great is the Lord and worthy of praise.
All: Praise the name of the Lord!
Praying
Holy God, you draw us
together into one body.
You have called us to join with one another and your church.
We are different people, yet one community.
We have diverse gifts, yet we desire to use them to glorify you.
Unite us in worship and breathe your Spirit into us. Amen.
Sending
Lift up
your eyes to the heavens.
Consider the earth beneath.
The heavens and the earth may pass away
But God’s salvation is forever. Amen.
