The Eastern Mennonite High School Touring Choir, including our own Leah Huyard, will perform this evening at Mt. Clinton Mennonite Church, beginning at 7:00 pm.

Did you receive a tax refund and don’t know what to do with it? We are trying to pay down the balance on our rental house and will be collecting additional funds through April 15. Please consider earmarking an extra donation for the rental property with “303 Grubert” in the memo line.

Please pray for:

• Gary Mules, recovering after an auto accident.

Praising

Leader: Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord.
People: We bless you from the house of the Lord.
Leader: The Lord is God, and he has given us light.
People: This is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in our eyes.
Leader: The Lord is our strength and our might,
People: The Lord has become our salvation.
All: O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good.
God’s steadfast love endures forever.

Confession/Reconciling

God is alive and at work in our world. But sometimes we look away
and miss God’s work. Other times we won’t believe without seeing it
ourselves. We, like Thomas, finger the wounds in Jesus’ side when we
refuse to believe.
(silence)
Jesus said, “Blessed are you who have not seen with your own eyes
and yet have come to believe.” Through believing, you have life in Jesus’
name.

Sending

May the grace and peace of God,
the Alpha and Omega,
go with you.
May the grace and peace of God,
the one who is and was and is to come,
go with you always. Amen.
—Diane Zaerr Brenneman, Wellman, Iowa
