Our message this morning comes from our own Leah Huyard. Leah will leave this week for college in Kansas.
 
Church Council will meet this Wednesday at 7:00pm. Devotions: Kevin.
 
All are invited to join with church families from the Southern District for the annual Family Fun Day next Sunday, August 20, from 1:00-4:00 pm at Waynesboro Mennonite Church. There will be a potluck lunch at 1:15 as well as a bouncy house and train for the children throughout the event. Please see the bulletin board for more information.
 
The “My Coins Count” offering will be shared again this year to support various projects of Virginia Mennonite Missions and Mennonite Central Committee. Money raised will help meet children's basic needs in Albania, Jamaica, Southeast Asia, and Uganda as well as aid in responding to the refugee crisis in Syria and Iraq.

• Kevin as he teaches Anabaptist Theology in Jamaica
• Our students, teachers, and parents as school resumes
• Paul Duncan as he undergoes various procedures to address a heart condition.
• Artis Mules as she undergoes treatment for breast cancer.
