All are invited to a carry-in fellowship meal next Sunday, August 26. Please bring a dish or two to share. There will not be a morning fellowship time next week.  

There will be a time for visitation for the family of Richard Showalter at Springdale Mennonite on Wednesday evening, August 22, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The Memorial Service will be Thursday, August 23, at 11:00 at Springdale, followed by a brief committal service in the Springdale cemetery. Lunch will be provided.  

Our monthly Prayer Meeting has been moved to the fifth Wednesday, August 29, to allow people to attend the visitation hours for the Richard Showalter family.

Please pray for:

• The teachers, parents, and students of Harrisonburg City Schools, Blue Ridge Christian School, and Eastern Mennonite School who return to the classroom this week. ·       
• Adi Mansour as he heals following a four wheeler accident. ·       
• The family of Richard Showalter as they mourn his passing
