Announcements

Today is the last day of our diapers, wipes, and cleaning supplies collection for the Valley Mission. Thanks to everyone who donated!

There will be a church cleaning/maintenance day on June 1. All are invited to help if able. Lunch will be provided. If you notice any facility improvement needs, please speak with Kevin.

We will not be holding Sunday School classes from June through August. There will be a fellowship time each week from 9:45-10:15.

Mark your calendars for Virginia Mennonite Conference Assembly, July 18-20, in Harrisonburg. The theme is "Cultivating Good Soil." Worship services will be at Lindale Mennonite Church; delegate sessions will be at Eastern Mennonite School. There will be a Mennonite Disaster Service house-building project onsite (including dedication), and VMMissions will have their Centennial Celebration.

Please pray for:

  • Rachel Sauder, as she participates in the EMU cross-cultural group to South Africa.
  • AD Strickland, as he deals with gallstones and hand surgery.
  • Gary Mules, as he recovers at Augusta Nursing and Rehab from a staph infection
