Congratulations to Marvin Showalter and Meredith Baker on their recent engagement.  

We will not be holding Sunday School classes from June through August. There will be a fellowship time each week from 9:45-10:15.  

Church Council will meet this Wednesday at 7:00 pm. Devotions: Kathy.  

We invite financial contributions for Garlan, Sylvia, and Emy Yoder’s upcoming mission trip to Costa Rica. Please earmark your check “Yoders.” All donations will be matched through a grant with Everence.  

Mark your calendars for Virginia Mennonite Conference Assembly, July 18-20, in Harrisonburg. The theme is "Cultivating Good Soil." Worship services will be at Lindale Mennonite Church; delegate sessions will be at Eastern Mennonite School. There will be a Mennonite Disaster Service house-building project onsite (including dedication), and VMMissions will have their Centennial Celebration.

Please pray for:

• Rachel Sauder, as she participates in the EMU cross-cultural group to South Africa.
• ·        Those affected by the shooting in Virginia Beach.
