Every family is welcome to take home one poinsettia after the worship service today if you haven’t already.

Everyone is invited to Danny and Frances Weavers’ home Tuesday evening for a New Year’s Eve party from 8-???. Please bring snacks and games. The Weavers live at 219 Parkins Lane, Verona.

The annual “Messiah Sing” will be held on Epiphany, Monday, January 6, 7 p.m. at Park View Mennonite Church. Come be the choir, along with soloists Leah Wenger, Sarah Hamilton, Les Helmuth, and Matthew Hunsberger; John Fast, organist; Ben Bergey, director; and a small instrumental ensemble. Bring your own score of you have it—there will also be scores available. This is a wonderful way to conclude the season of Christmas as we join our voices together in this amazing music. If you have questions, contact Karen Moshier-Shenk, moshkr@emu.edu

Please pray for:

  • Garlan Yoder, as he heals from a broken hand and lacerations to the face.
  • Those who have lost loved ones and find the holidays difficult.
  • Our friends and family members dealing with illness.
  • Those who are traveling this season. .
