All are invited to a Super Bowl Party next Sunday at Staunton Mennonite Church. We will be showing the game on the big screen. Not interested in football? No problem! Join us for a special “Love Your Neighbor” event this Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2020 at 7:30 pm at Park View Mennonite Church! In partnership with Mennonite Disaster Service, Ted & Co presents the original play, “The Jesus Stories: Faith, Forks & Fettuccine.” There will be a unique, fun, and participatory auction of theme-filled buckets. All auction proceeds will benefit the good work of MDS, restoring and rebuilding hope and homes in communities ravaged by natural disaster. Admission is free and open to the public.

The Annual MCC Meat Canning is scheduled for February 24-28 at the Hinton Mennonite Relief Center. Virginia Mennonite Conference is responsible to provide help on Tuesday, February 25. Help is needed from 5 am until 9 pm each day. Friday, February 28, is scheduled as a community day and help is especially needed in the early morning.

Please pray for:

  • Those affected by the threat of the coronavirus.
  • Virginia Turner, Howard Duncan’s sister, as she heals from three broken ribs.
